ABOUT US

Tanglewood Nursery, the largest fuchsia nursery in the Province, started from humble beginnings as a backyard hobby in the early 1990's. This resulted in Tony taking an early retirement as a Deputy Director in the Department of Agriculture and pursuing his passion for growing quality plants on a full time basis.

Only tried and tested varieties, suitable for local conditions, are made available to local gardeners. The over 100 varieties of fuchsias are available as beautiful flowering bushes, hanging baskets and elegant standards.

The nursery has recently taken over a daylily nursery and has a wide selection of unusual daylilies available, plus some new varieties waiting to be named.

In addition, the nursery prides itself in its selection of unusual shrubs and perennials. An exciting blend of indigenous and exotic plants has been carefully selected to provide gardeners with a wide choice for every area of the garden.
